All orders are dispatched within 2-3 working days.
UK orders are shipped via Royal Mail 2nd Class with an estimated 2-3 day delivery time.
If your order is urgent, please let me know and I’ll do my best to get your order dispatched as soon as possible via Royal Mail 1st Class.
Free delivery for orders over £20 or charged at £0.95 otherwise.
For wholesale orders, minimum order value £75 (excluding delivery). Carriage paid on all orders over £150 for UK stockists.
Unfortunately I can only ship within the UK at the moment. If you are an international customer and wish to request international postage costs please contact design@michellefiedler.com and I’ll be in touch as soon as possible.
Your order may be cancelled at any time prior to dispatch.
In the unlikely event that you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can exchange your items or ask for a refund minus the cost of the postage and packaging.
Refunds and exchanges will only be processed if unwanted items are returned within 14 days from receipt of your order, and if the items are unopened and in perfect condition.

Please state RETURN in the subject heading and detail the goods you would like to exchange or refund prior to posting.
We are not responsible for items lost in the post when being returned.
You will be notified via email once a refund has been processed, and receive payment on the same card as the order was placed. The refund should reach you within five working days.
